Barefoot Shoes for Kids
Lang.S barefoot shoes for kids are thoughtfully designed to support both the little feet that wear them and the world they explore. The flexible, thin soles foster healthy physical development and natural foot growth, encouraging proper body alignment and effortless movement.
What’s the difference between minimalist shoes and traditional children’s shoes?
Minimalist shoes support the natural development of the foot, closely imitating barefoot walking. Traditional children’s shoes, on the other hand, often restrict natural movement and can weaken foot muscles.
From what age are barefoot shoes recommended for kids?
Barefoot shoes are recommended from around 10–20 months, starting with your child’s very first steps. Their purpose is to protect little feet (from sharp objects, dirt, hot surfaces) without interfering with natural movement.
At Lang.S Barefoot, you’ll find kids shoes from size EU 18 (suitable for 18-24 months) up to size EU 40 (for kids aged 10-11 years).
How do you know what size is right for your child?
Since barefoot shoe sizing can differ from traditional footwear, we recommend checking our size guide before ordering. Keep in mind:
- For kids under 18 months, especially first walkers, shoes should be up to 5-7 mm longer than the foot.
- For kids over 2 years old, who walk confidently, we suggest choosing shoes 7-10 mm longer than the foot.
Why choose Lang.S Barefoot shoes for kids?
Choose Lang.S Barefoot for premium barefoot footwear that combines comfort with sustainable, child-friendly design, supporting your child’s healthy and harmonious growth every step of the way.
